We appreciate you shopping with Pool Patches, and we want you to love your patches! If there's a mistake with your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we'll be happy to make it right.

We accept returns and exchanges on items in original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Just send us a message, and we'll let you know how!

Once item is received and inspected for good condition, we will process your refund within 10 days. Financial institution or payment provider may require additional time to process funds. If you do not receive your refund within 14 days, please contact us.

Sorry, no exchanges or returns on custom items. Please always double check your input for custom engraving, and review all proofs thoroughly when ordering custom patches with a team member!

Shipping

Orders of ready-to-ship stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Your order is shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking, which is generally estimated for delivery in the continental US within 4-7 business days. Sorry, but we don't guarantee carrier times.

Customized items may take anywhere from 5-30 business days to ship. Please see product detail page for further information about your product. If you have questions about the processing time of a specific item, email us at info@poolpatches.com.
